Matthew's 1st Holy Communion - May 2, 2009

Earlier this month my grandson made his 1st Holy Communion. I think he looks very handsome is his communion suit. And very cool with his sunglasses.

What I'm working on

Well as usual I have a few things going at the same time. I just finish my first knitted lace shawl. I tried to work with lace yarn and soon gave up. Not something for a first timer to attempt . The yarn is so fine that it sometimes knots and or breaks...So I switch to a sock yarn. Not to bad. Of course I would have liked it better if I could have worked with the lace yarn...
